Eye and Face Lotion

I finally finished my eye cream last time I made. This is the first time using Emulsify Wax and preservative. It didn't come out great, but I still use it for face and eyes.
Wheatgerm Oil 0.3 oz
Stearic Acid 0.06 oz
Emulsify Wax 0.06 oz
Glycerin 0.07 oz
Water 1 oz
Aloe Vera Gel 0.5 oz
Germaben II 0.01 oz
